Thank you for choosing CIX Pets for your pet grooming business solutions. Our services are designed to empower your grooming business through a comprehensive suite of tools tailored to meet the needs of the pet care industry. By accessing our website, cixpets.com or by using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS), which serve as a legal agreement between CIX Pets and you as the user.


Purpose of the Terms of Service

This ToS document outlines the terms and conditions under which CIX Pets offers you access to our website and services. It is intended to ensure a clear understanding of what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.


Services Covered by the Terms of Service

CIX Pets provides various tiers of service packages for pet grooming businesses, which include:


Digital Foundation (Entry-Level Tier): Offering basic tools for establishing an online presence, including a professional website, appointment booking, and a marketing jumpstart kit.


Growth Accelerator (Middle Tier): Including advanced website features, e-commerce integration, CRM and business automation, social media management, and expert consultation services.


Business Expansion Master (Highest Tier): Providing comprehensive solutions for large-scale operations, including advanced marketing tools, full-service pet grooming websites, and business operation software (ERP).


Please note that the specific features and services included in each tier are subject to change and are detailed further in the “Services and Pricing” section of this agreement.


Acceptance of Terms

To use our services, you must register and create an account. By registering, you agree that you have provided true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business as prompted by our service’s registration form. You agree to keep this information up to date.


You accept these terms by:


Clicking to accept or agree to the ToS when this option is made available to you during the registration process.

Actually using the services. In this case, you understand and agree that CIX Pets will treat your use of the services as acceptance of the ToS from that point onwards.

Your use of CIX Pets is subject to your ongoing compliance with these terms. CIX Pets reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.



  1. Eligibility and Registration

Requirements for Creating and Maintaining an Account

To access the services offered by CIXP Pets, all users are required to create and maintain an active personal user account. Eligibility to create an account is contingent upon the following criteria:

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to create an account.
  • Users must provide valid and current personal information, including but not limited to full legal name, email address, contact information, and a valid payment method supported by CIXP Pets.
  • Business entities must provide valid and current business information, such as business name, address, and relevant business details that accurately reflect the business’s legal and operational status.
  • Users must ensure that all account registration details remain true, accurate, complete, and promptly updated in case of changes.


Verification and Information Accuracy

CIXP Pets reserves the right to verify any and all information provided by users during the account registration process and at any subsequent time. Verification procedures may include, but are not limited to, the examination of official government-issued identification, business credentials, and other relevant documents.

  • By establishing an account, users consent to CIXP Pets’ collection, storage, and use of personal and business information for the purposes of such verification.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, including passwords, and are liable for all activities that occur under their account.
  • In the event of any suspected unauthorized use of an account, or any other breach of security, users are required to notify CIXP Pets immediately.
  • CIXP Pets may require users to change their account credentials or take other steps to enhance the security of the services as part of ongoing efforts to protect the integrity of the platform.


Users who do not meet these eligibility criteria or fail to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information may not access or use the services provided by CIXP Pets. CIXP Pets may refuse the creation of, suspend, or terminate accounts that are found to contain inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete information, or which otherwise fail to meet the terms set out in this agreement.

Detailed Descriptions of Each Service Tier

At CIXP Pets, we offer a range of service tiers designed to cater to the diverse needs of pet grooming businesses. Each tier is crafted to provide specific benefits and features that align with different stages of business growth and operational needs:


  • Digital Foundation (Entry-Level Tier): This tier is ideal for pet grooming startups and small operations looking to establish a digital footprint. Services included are:
    • Professional website with hosting, compatible across all devices.
    • Booking and payment integration for efficient scheduling and transactions.
    • Marketing Jumpstart Kit, including guides for social media and Google My Business optimization, and strategies for customer reviews.
    • Basic CRM to manage client details and appointment schedules.
    • Access to our Expert Network for marketing and business advice, including monthly webinars.
  • Growth Accelerator (Middle Tier): Designed for growing pet grooming businesses seeking to accelerate their market presence and scale operations. This tier includes everything in the Digital Foundation, plus:
    • Enhanced SEO and customized website design.
    • E-commerce store setup, including inventory management and multiple payment gateways.
    • Advanced CRM features with automated marketing and customer segmentation.
    • Social Media Management with content calendars and engagement strategies.
    • Bi-monthly strategic growth sessions with marketing experts.
  • Business Expansion Master (Highest Tier): The ultimate package for large-scale grooming businesses ready to dominate the market. It includes all services of the lower tiers, plus:
    • Full-service pet grooming website with multi-location support and advanced functionalities.
    • Comprehensive business operation software (ERP) for managing all aspects of the business.
    • Enhanced marketing tools, advanced analytics, and strategic consulting.
    • Real-time brand monitoring and reputation management.
    • Dedicated account manager and priority support.


Pricing Models

CIXP Pets provides two main pricing models for each service tier, with the flexibility to choose the most suitable plan for your business needs:

  • Monthly Subscription: Pay for services on a month-to-month basis, providing flexibility to adjust or cancel as your business needs evolve.
    • Digital Foundation: $125 per month
    • Growth Accelerator: $375 per month
    • Business Expansion Master: $1075 per month
  • Yearly Subscription: Commit to a yearly plan and enjoy a discount for extended service. The yearly subscription fee is equivalent to the cost of 11 months at the monthly rate, providing one month of service free of charge.

Additional services, such as remote customer service support, are available at an hourly rate of $25. This and other potential add-ons can be further discussed with our sales team to ensure the best fit for your business and they can also be found on your dashboard.


Please note that pricing is subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to current subscribers in accordance with the ‘Modifications to Terms and Services’ section of this agreement.


  1. Payment Terms


Accepted Methods of Payment

CIXP Pets is committed to providing a seamless and secure payment experience for all users. We accept the following methods of payment for our services:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Electronic Bank Transfers.
  • Online Payment Platforms: PayPal, Stripe, and other reputable payment gateways.


Billing Cycle and Payment Obligations

Upon selecting a service tier and subscription model, users are responsible for paying the associated fees as follows:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Fees are due in advance on the first day of each billing cycle. The date of the first payment shall serve as the recurring monthly billing date.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: Fees are due in full at the beginning of the subscription period. The start date of the yearly subscription marks the annual renewal date.


To ensure uninterrupted service, users are required to maintain valid and sufficient payment methods on file. CIXP Pets will attempt to process payments on the due date automatically. If a payment is unsuccessful due to expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason, users will receive a notification to update their payment details.


Grace Period and Reactivation

CIXP Pets understands that occasional payment issues may arise. In such cases, a grace period of 7 days from the due date will be provided for users to update their payment information. During this time, the services will remain active.


If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, the account may be suspended until all outstanding payments have been processed. Users can reactivate their suspended accounts by settling the due balance and updating their payment information.


Changes to Payment Terms

CIXP Pets reserves the right to modify the payment terms or fees for any services. Any change to the payment terms or fees will be communicated to the users at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Continued use of the services after the changes have come into effect shall constitute consent to the changes.

  1. User Responsibilities and Usage Guidelines


Acceptable Use Policy

CIXP Pets provides services to pet grooming businesses with the expectation that these tools and resources will be used in a professional, ethical, and legal manner. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account and must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and foreign laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with their use of the service, including those related to data privacy, international communications, and the transmission of technical or personal data.


Users of CIXP Pets services must not:

  • Use the services in any way that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
  • Access or search any part of the services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, “scraping”).
  • Attempt to disrupt or overburden our infrastructure by intentionally imposing unreasonable requests or burdens on our resources.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software, or links to such software, through the services.
  • Attempt to access or search the services or content or download content from the services through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by CIXP Pets or other generally available third-party web browsers.


Consequences of Violations

Violation of these User Responsibilities and Usage Guidelines may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and legal action if necessary. CIXP Pets reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. CIXP Pets may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these terms.


User Obligations

Users are expected to:

  • Keep their login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Collaborate with the CIX Pets team and tools.
  • Monitor and control all activity conducted through their account in connection with the services.
  • Promptly notify CIXP Pets if any unauthorized use of an account or your login credentials or any other breach of security occurs.
  • Take responsibility for all charges resulting from the use of their account in connection with the services, including unauthorized use prior to notifying CIXP Pets of such use.


By using CIXP Pets’ services, users acknowledge that they have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.

  1. Cancellation, Renewal, and Refunds


Cancellation by User

Users may cancel their subscription to CIXP Pets services at any time. To cancel a subscription, users must:

  1. Navigate to the account dashboard provided on the CIXP Pets platform.
  2. Follow the steps outlined in the ‘Subscription Cancellation’ section.
  3. Receive a confirmation email that the cancellation has been processed.


Cancellation will be effective immediately, and the service will not renew at the next billing cycle. Users must cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, users will continue to have access to their tier services until the end of the current billing cycle.


Automatic Renewal of Subscription

All CIXP Pets subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, whether monthly or annually, unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date. By subscribing, users authorize CIXP Pets to initiate recurring billing through the payment method on file.


Refund Policy

CIXP Pets is committed to ensuring satisfaction with our services. However, because of the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds or credits for subscription cancellations once the billing period has commenced. Exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of CIXP Pets and typically involve extenuating circumstances.


Changes to Subscription Plans

Users can upgrade or downgrade their service tiers at any time through their account dashboard. Any changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. If downgrading, users are responsible for ensuring that their data fits within the limits of the new tier to avoid loss of data or functionality.


Non-Payment and Suspension

If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or CIXP Pets is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, CIXP Pets reserves the right to revoke access to your account. If the account is suspended for non-payment, we may charge a re-activation fee to reinstate your services depending on the time the account was under suspension.



  1. Privacy and Data Protection


Data Collection and Use

CIXP Pets is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. The information collected during registration, and subsequent use of our services, is used for the following purposes:

  • To provide and improve our services.
  • To facilitate payment processing and billing.
  • To communicate with users about their account and provide customer support.
  • To send updates or information about CIXP Pets services.
  • For internal business analyses or market research to enhance the quality of our business solutions.


CIXP Pets will not use personal data for any other purpose without user consent or unless legally required.


Data Sharing with Third Parties

CIXP Pets may share user data with third parties under the following circumstances:

  • To service providers and partners who assist in delivering the service or performing business functions on behalf of CIXP Pets, under confidentiality agreements.
  • If required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
  • When CIXP Pets believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect user safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.


Users will be notified if CIXP Pets is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, and their personal information may be among the assets transferred.


User Rights Concerning Data

Users have the right to access and update their personal information at any time via their account dashboard. If assistance is needed, CIXP Pets support can be contacted to make the required changes.


In accordance with data protection laws, users may also have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, restrict processing, or object to certain types of processing of their personal information. Such requests can be made through customer support and will be accommodated in line with legal obligations.


Security Measures

CIXP Pets implements industry-standard security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data. These include internal reviews of data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures, as well as physical security measures.


However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while CIXP Pets strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect user information based on the best industry practices, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.


  1. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content

CIXP Pets respects the intellectual property of others and asks that users of our services do the same. The services provided by CIXP Pets and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by CIXP Pets, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. cixpets.com is operated by thecreativeimage.net


User Content

The users retain all rights to any original content they submit, post, or display on or through the services provided by CIXP Pets. This includes text, photos, videos, and other types of works. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the services, users grant CIXP Pets a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed. This license authorizes us to make your content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same.


Protection of CIXP Pets Content

Users may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from CIXP Pets. CIXP Pets trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.


Infringement Claims

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by our service users, please provide CIXP Pets with a notification that includes:

  • Your name and the name of your company, if applicable.
  • Your contact information (such as an address, telephone number, and email address).
  • A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the service (including a URL and screen shot).
  • A signed statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.


CIXP Pets will respond to all such notices and comply with applicable law.


  1. Service Availability and Limitations

Service Uptime Commitment

CIXP Pets aims to provide a reliable, high-quality service to all our users. We commit to maintaining a 99% service uptime, excluding planned downtime for maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, internet service provider failures or delays, and acts of God.

Scheduled Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance of the services, CIXP Pets performs regular maintenance within our scheduled maintenance windows. We strive to communicate the timing and extent of any planned downtime to users in advance to minimize any potential inconvenience.


Unplanned Downtime

In the event of unplanned downtime, CIXP Pets will take immediate action to restore services as quickly as possible. Our team will provide updates and information through our official communication channels during such incidents.


Limitations of Service

Certain situations may arise that are beyond the control of CIXP Pets, which may affect the availability and functionality of the services. These situations include:

  • Problems with user’s internet connectivity or equipment.
  • Unforeseen limitations imposed by third-party service providers.
  • Changes in government regulations or restrictions.
  • Security incidents or breaches.


CIXP Pets will not be liable for any failure to provide the services caused by such situations, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist in the resolution of these problems.


Service Modifications

CIXP Pets continually enhances and updates its services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Users will not be eligible for any compensation or refunds should the services be modified, suspended, or discontinued.


User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their systems and software are compatible with CIXP Pets services. This includes maintaining the necessary internet access, data backup, and security measures to protect their own systems and data when using CIXP Pets services.


  1. Modifications to Terms and Services

Amendments to Terms of Service

CIXP Pets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:

  • Post the revised Terms of Service to our website with a revised “last updated” date.
  • Notify users through customary communication channels, such as email or service notifications.

Continued use of the services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes and agreement to be bound by the updated Terms of Service.


Changes to Services

CIXP Pets is dedicated to the continuous improvement of our services and may add, alter, or remove functionality from a service at our discretion without prior notice. We may also decide to cease providing all or some of the services at any time. In the event of the discontinuation of a service, CIXP Pets will provide users with reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to retrieve their data, if applicable.


User’s Responsibility to Stay Informed

It is the responsibility of the user to regularly check the Terms of Service for updates. Any changes to the Terms of Service or the discontinuation of services will apply on a going-forward basis, and, unless otherwise stated, will not apply retroactively.


Feedback and Suggestions

Users are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the Terms of Service and our services. However, any feedback or suggestions submitted become the property of CIXP Pets, and we may use this information without any obligation to compensate the individual who provided it.


  1. Termination of Service


Termination by User

Users may terminate their account and discontinue use of CIXP Pets services at any time. To terminate your account, please follow the account cancellation procedure outlined in the account settings on our platform. Upon account termination, the user will no longer have access to any parts of the service, and all associated data may be deleted by CIXP Pets.


Termination by CIXP Pets

CIXP Pets reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s account and access to the services, at any time, without notice, for conduct that CIXP Pets believes violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of CIXP Pets services, or for any other reason at the discretion of CIXP Pets, including but not limited to:

  • User breach or violation of any term of these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.
  • Failure to pay the required fees for services.
  • Behavior that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of CIXP Pets.


Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All legal rights granted to users under these Terms of Service will cease immediately.
  • Users must stop all activities authorized by these Terms of Service, including the use of CIXP Pets services.
  • Users may lose access to and use of their account and all information associated with it.

CIXP Pets is not liable for any loss or damage following, or as a result of, the termination of the services, and it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that any content or data which they require is backed up or replicated before termination.


Data Retention and Deletion

After the termination of an account, CIXP Pets may permanently delete any data associated with the account. CIXP Pets may retain some data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, support business operations, and continue to develop and improve our services. Where data is retained, it will be handled in accordance with CIXP Pets’ Privacy Policy.


  1. Dispute Resolution


Informal Resolution

At CIXP Pets, we believe that most disputes can be resolved informally. Before filing a claim against CIXP Pets, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. We’ll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 15 days of submission, you or CIXP Pets may bring a formal proceeding.


Arbitration Agreement

You and CIXP Pets agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms of Service or the Services through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth under Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate below.

  • Arbitration Procedures: The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will administer the arbitration under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The arbitration will be held in the United States county where you live or work, in Delaware, or any other location we agree to.
  • Arbitration Fees: The AAA rules will govern payment of all arbitration fees. CIXP Pets will not seek its attorneys’ fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines that your claim is frivolous.


Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate

You or CIXP Pets may assert claims, if they qualify, in small claims court in Wilmington, Delaware, or any United States county where you live or work. Furthermore, both you and CIXP Pets agree that courts may resolve disputes relating to the infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.


No Class Actions

You may only resolve disputes with CIXP Pets on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren’t allowed.


Judicial Forum for Disputes

In the event that the agreement to arbitrate is found not to apply to you or your claim, you and CIXP Pets agree that any judicial proceeding will be brought in the federal or state courts of Wilmington, Delaware. Both you and CIXP Pets consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.


  1. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification


Limitation of Liability

CIXP Pets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
  • Any content obtained from the services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.



You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CIXP Pets and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account and password;
  • A breach of these Terms, or
  • Content posted on the service.



Nothing in these Terms of Service shall exclude or limit the liability of CIXP Pets for any damage that cannot be legally excluded or limited by applicable law.


  1. Miscellaneous


Geographic Restrictions

CIXP Pets is based in the United States and provides services intended for users in the United States. While access may be possible from other countries, it is not intended that CIXP Pets services adhere to laws outside of the United States. Users who choose to access CIXP Pets services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.


Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be considered a waiver of those rights.



If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in effect. This clause ensures that even if one part of the agreement is voided, the rest of the terms still apply.


Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and CIXP Pets regarding our Service, superseding any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.


Changes to Services and Prices

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.



You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without CIXP Pets’ prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. CIXP Pets may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction.


  1. Compliance and Legal Obligations


Regulatory Compliance

CIXP Pets commits to conducting its business in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethics of the United States and any other legal jurisdictions in which it operates. This includes compliance with federal and state regulations specific to the pet grooming industry and digital business operations.


Legal Requests and Law Enforcement

CIXP Pets cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, to protect the property and rights of CIXP Pets or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.


Data Protection

CIXP Pets will take all reasonable steps to ensure that data collected is handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your privacy rights and the provisions of our Privacy Policy. Our commitments to data protection include employing industry-standard measures to protect data from unauthorized access or misuse.


Export Control

The user agrees to comply with all export and re-export restrictions and regulations of the Department of Commerce and other United States agencies and authorities that may apply to products, software (including CIXP Pets software), technology, and services.

User Feedback

CIXP Pets values feedback from our users as it helps us improve our services and ensure that we meet your needs more effectively. Users are encouraged to provide feedback, suggestions, or report issues by contacting our customer support team via the contact methods provided on our website.
